Dead Language Records is proud to present the first full-length release from Winnipeg's Sean O'Rourke
as Leatherback. Sean is also one half of Dead Language recording artists Commuter.
A brief word from Our Creator:
Leatherback is a revolving door musical collective formed by Winnipeg's Sean O'Rourke
in February 2008 for the RPM Challenge. Sean likes to think of it like King Crimson,
with various people coming and going, contributing sounds where they will.
Of course, the music sounds nothing like King Crimson and the collaboration is done over the internet
rather than in foggy old England, but you get the idea.
Sean (with a little help from his friends) wrote and recorded the album H is For Hospital
in 23 days in February 2008 and then went back to watching hockey.
